Mumbai Port Trust Recruitment 2012 – 63 Jobs Posts Mumbai Port Trust has issued notification against recruitment of 63 Graduate, Trade and Technician Apprentices for Apprenticeship Training in year 2012-13. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 18-07-2012. - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – 03 vacancies
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering – 03 vacancies
- Fitter – 10 vacancies
- Carpenter – 05 vacancies
- Welder – 05 vacancies
- Mechanic (Diesel) – 04 vacancies
- Machinist – 02 vacancies
- Electrician – 07 vacancies
- Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) – 08 vacancies
- Draughtsman (Mechanical) – 01 vacancy

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be above 14 years and below 19 years for SSC pass outs and 21 years for ITI pass outs. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-10-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules). No upper limit for Graduate and Technician Apprentices.
Required Qualification: Candidates are asked to refer to the notification for the details of post wise required educational qualification.
Application Fee: Candidates may apply Application Form by payment of Rs. 20/- in form of crossed Postal Order in favour of “Board of Trustees of Port of Mumbai” payable at G.P.O. Mumbai. Those who wish the application form to be sent by post must send the PO along with self addressed envelope with Rs. 15/- stamp affixed. Form can also be downloaded from website and the PO must be submitted along with the form.
